LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR SEA POWER MARINE PRODUCTS, LLC’S HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE MARINE DOCK PRODUCTS

Sea Power Marine Products, LLC (“SPMP”) warrants to the original purchaser that its high density polyethylene marine dock products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the products, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations contained herein.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

PRODUCT FAILURES OR DEFECTS CAUSED BY IMPROPER INSTALLATION. THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ANY FAILURES, DEFECTS, OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM FAILURE TO PROPERLY INSTALL THE PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPMP'S WRITTEN INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.

PRODUCT FAILURES OR DEFECTS CAUSED BY IMPROPER USE. THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ANY FAILURES, DEFECTS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRODUCT IN ANY MANNER OR FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN ITS INTENDED USE.

TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE: Please contact SPMP to obtain warranty service and instructions. Proof of purchase and documentation of the installation date may be required.

REMEDY: If a warranted defect arises and a valid warranty claim is received within the applicable warranty period, SPMP will replace the defective product or defective portion of the covered product. Replacement products may be new or refurbished at SPMP's sole discretion.

LIMITATIONS: This warranty is limited solely to the replacement of defective products or components and does not cover any labor or other installation costs or expenses. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPMP BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATING TO THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF ITS PRODUCTS.

This warranty applies only to products purchased and installed in the United States and Canada. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or province to province.
