LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR SEA POWER MARINE PRODUCTS, LLC’S HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE MARINE DOCK PRODUCTS

Sea Power Marine Products, LLC (“SPMP”) warrants to the original purchaser that its high-density polyethylene (HDPE) dock components will be free from defects in material and manufacturing workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided it is installed and used in accordance with SPMP’s published installation guidelines.

This warranty covers defects in SPMP HDPE components caused by material flaws or manufacturing errors. If SPMP determines that a product is defective after inspection, a replacement part will be provided. Replacements may be new or refurbished at SPMP’s discretion.

This warranty does not cover: improper installation (including incorrect sizing or lack of spacing), misuse or application outside of the product’s intended use, modifications or alterations, third-party parts, environmental damage, marine growth, overloading, or any labor, removal, reinstallation, or service costs. It also does not cover shipping for returned or replacement items.

To make a claim, the customer must contact SPMP for a Return Authorization (RA) number, return the part at their expense for inspection, and provide proof of purchase and clear installation photos. No warranty replacement will be considered without product return and review.

Pile guides must be sized at least two inches larger than the widest part of the pile to allow for one inch of clearance on all sides. A tight fit voids the warranty.

SPMP is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. This warranty is valid only for products sold and installed in the U.S. and Canada.
